Policy goals

The goal of this policy is to reduce fraud risk, improve buyer confidence, protect legitimate vendors, and preserve the integrity of ITMart24's marketplace systems.

Signals we may review

  • Suspicious account activity, inconsistent business details, repeated policy breaches, or unusual traffic and conversion patterns.
  • Misleading listings, unusual refund behavior, abusive review activity, or high-risk transaction characteristics.
  • Behavior that suggests impersonation, account takeover, or evasion of prior enforcement.

Buyer and vendor obligations

  • Provide accurate information during account creation, ordering, inquiry submission, and vendor onboarding.
  • Cooperate with reasonable verification, dispute review, or support requests when risk signals appear.
  • Do not manipulate billing, reviews, pricing, account creation, or listing behavior to gain unfair advantage.

Actions ITMart24 may take

  • Request verification or supporting documentation.
  • Delay, limit, suspend, or cancel listings, transactions, reviews, or account activity.
  • Escalate the matter for legal, payment, compliance, or platform-security review where appropriate.

Reporting suspicious activity

If you believe a listing, vendor, buyer, review, or transaction is fraudulent or unsafe, please report it through the appropriate contact or support channel so the marketplace team can review it.
