Illegal, harmful, or abusive offerings
- Products or services that are unlawful, exploitative, malicious, or designed to facilitate harm, abuse, or unauthorized access.
- Malware, credential theft tools, scam kits, or services intended to evade lawful safeguards.
Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading services
- Fake lead generation, impersonation services, fabricated followers or engagement, or commercial offerings based on deception.
- Listings that intentionally misrepresent certification, compliance, delivery capability, or ownership.
IP-infringing or unauthorized content
Products or services that infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret, or licensing rights are not permitted. Vendors must have lawful rights to all materials, brands, media, and claims used in a listing.
High-risk and restricted categories
ITMart24 may restrict or reject certain offerings based on legal exposure, fraud patterns, financial abuse risk, security misuse potential, or brand safety concerns even if an item is not explicitly illegal in every jurisdiction.
Circumvention, evasion, and repeat abuse
Attempts to bypass moderation, relist removed content, obscure product purpose, or use alternate accounts to evade enforcement may result in broader account action.
Enforcement
We may remove listings, disable vendor access, withhold visibility, or escalate issues for further review when prohibited or high-risk activity is detected.
