Accuracy first

Product pages, screenshots, claims, trial details, and pricing must remain truthful and current.

Vendor conduct, response quality, and listing integrity affect visibility and platform access.

Listings must follow marketplace policies, legal requirements, and applicable intellectual property rules.

Eligibility and onboarding

Vendors must provide accurate business information, lawful ownership or resale rights, and any requested verification needed to publish or maintain listings on ITMart24.

  • We may request company, tax, identity, or operational details during onboarding or review.
  • Approval to list is not guaranteed and may depend on product fit, compliance, and marketplace quality standards.

Listing standards

  • Listings must accurately describe product scope, use case, licensing, integrations, delivery model, support level, and pricing.
  • Vendors may not publish deceptive guarantees, manipulated reviews, false claims, or misleading comparison language.
  • Changes to availability, security posture, features, or pricing should be updated promptly.

Pricing, fulfillment, and support

  • Vendors remain responsible for honoring listed commercial terms unless a change is clearly disclosed before checkout or commitment.
  • Delivery, implementation, license access, renewals, and support commitments remain the vendor's responsibility unless ITMart24 expressly states otherwise.
  • Refund or dispute handling may require cooperation with ITMart24 during buyer-protection review.

Content and intellectual property

Vendors retain ownership of their lawful materials but grant ITMart24 a limited right to host, display, adapt, and promote submitted content for marketplace operations, trust review, and marketing.

Platform rights and policy enforcement

  • ITMart24 may edit formatting, request corrections, limit visibility, reject listings, or remove content that does not meet policy standards.
  • We may investigate suspicious pricing, traffic, support failures, policy evasion, or fraud indicators.

Suspension and termination

Vendor access may be suspended or terminated for fraud risk, policy violations, abusive conduct, intellectual property issues, or sustained listing quality problems. Certain obligations such as dispute cooperation and IP commitments may survive termination.
