Vendor profile abuse

If you are viewing a vendor profile page or listing page and see a Report Abuse button, use that button first. It is the quickest way to flag the specific profile or listing for review.

General abuse reporting

If you do not have access to a Report Abuse button, you may report the issue by email at abuse@itmart24.com.

  • Include the affected URL or page location.
  • Describe the issue clearly and briefly.
  • Attach screenshots or other supporting evidence where available.

Examples of reportable abuse

  • Fraudulent or deceptive listings.
  • Spam, misleading content, or repeated low-quality abuse.
  • Impersonation of a business, brand, or individual.
  • Other public content that appears unsafe, unlawful, or intentionally deceptive.

Required report details

  • The URL of the affected page, profile, or listing.
  • A short description of the suspected abuse.
  • Relevant screenshots, dates, or evidence if available.
