Eligible listings

Listings should represent legitimate digital technology products or services that match the marketplace's supported categories and comply with applicable law and platform policy.

Content accuracy and clarity

• Titles, descriptions, feature summaries, use cases, and integrations should be clear and factually correct.
• Do not overstate certifications, security claims, performance expectations, or support levels.
• Keep trial details, delivery models, platform compatibility, and licensing terms accurate.

Media and formatting

• Images and logos should be professional, relevant, and owned or licensed for use.
• Visuals should reflect the actual product or service experience rather than generic or deceptive artwork.
• Formatting should support readability and fast scanning for buyers.

Pricing, offers, and disclosures

• Pricing should be current and should not rely on misleading urgency or hidden commercial terms.
• Any setup fees, renewal conditions, implementation charges, or usage limitations should be disclosed.
• Promotional claims should be supportable and should not imitate official marketplace endorsement.

Restricted practices

• Keyword stuffing, deceptive comparisons, false testimonials, fake reviews, or misleading badges are not allowed.
• Listings may not impersonate another brand, violate IP rights, or direct users into unsafe or fraudulent flows.

Enforcement

ITMart24 may request corrections, limit visibility, reject updates, suspend vendor access, or remove listings that do not meet marketplace standards.
