Purpose of reviews and ratings

Reviews and ratings exist to help buyers make better-informed decisions, not to artificially promote or harm a vendor. We aim to preserve useful, relevant, and trustworthy feedback across the marketplace.

Who may submit reviews

  • Reviewers should have a genuine basis for commenting, such as direct use, evaluation, purchase, or a clearly relevant business interaction.
  • Reviews should focus on the product, service, vendor experience, or support journey in a way that is factual and relevant.

How moderation works

ITMart24 may review ratings and comments before or after publication. Moderation decisions may consider relevance, abuse signals, duplicate submissions, harassment, defamation risk, spam, and policy compliance.

Prohibited review behavior

  • Fake, purchased, incentivized, retaliatory, or coordinated reviews.
  • Vendor self-reviews, employee reviews without disclosure, or competitor sabotage.
  • Off-topic abuse, threats, personal data exposure, or unlawful content.

Vendor responses

Where response features are offered, vendors should remain factual, professional, and non-threatening. Responses may also be moderated if they violate marketplace rules.

Enforcement and visibility controls

ITMart24 may remove reviews, adjust visibility, pause review features, or restrict accounts that attempt to manipulate rating integrity or misuse feedback systems.
