Is listing free on ITMart24?

Yes, ITMart24 supports free listings, paid vendor plans, verified vendor profiles, sponsored visibility options, portfolio plans, and Founder Vendor plans depending on the product type and vendor status.

Free listings may be created for marketplace coverage, discovery, or informational purposes. Official vendors can choose suitable plans to claim, verify, manage, and improve their product presence on ITMart24.

What is the Founder Vendor Program?

The Founder Vendor Program is an early vendor access opportunity for eligible vendors who want to establish their official presence on ITMart24 during its early marketplace growth phase.

Founder Vendors can secure preferred founder pricing for a 3-year lock period and may receive benefits such as founder badge recognition, vendor storefront presence, product analytics access, priority support, portfolio pricing opportunities, and early access to eligible future vendor-side features and sponsored ads.

What does 3-year founder pricing lock mean?

The 3-year founder pricing lock means eligible Founder Vendors can secure their selected founder plan pricing for 3 years, subject to the selected plan terms and continued compliance with ITMart24 policies.

As ITMart24 continues expanding its marketplace ecosystem, vendor tools, comparison content, buyer discovery features, and visibility opportunities, future pricing for new vendors may increase. Founder Vendors can keep their founder pricing during the lock period.

Are Founder Vendor seats limited?

Yes. Founder Vendor access is available only for a limited number of early vendors during ITMart24's growth phase.

This helps ITMart24 maintain better onboarding quality, vendor support, listing review standards, and visibility balance while the marketplace continues expanding.

Do vendors with multiple products need to pay separately for every product?

Vendors with multiple products may qualify for portfolio-based pricing or portfolio discounts, depending on the selected plan, number of products, product type, and current marketplace policy.

Portfolio pricing is designed to help vendors manage and promote multiple products more efficiently without paying the same standard pricing for every product individually. Each listed product can still receive its own product presence, marketplace exposure, and visibility opportunities.

A verified profile can help buyers identify official or reviewed vendor presence, but vendors remain responsible for keeping their product details, pricing, support information, and policies accurate and updated.

How does product visibility work on ITMart24?

Product visibility may depend on listing quality, category relevance, product information completeness, vendor verification status, subscription plan, marketplace policy compliance, content clarity, user experience, and overall platform quality signals.
